Pocket Mascot's "skin.inf" and Minite Mascot's "skin.txt" are very similar,
and it is easy to translate from skin.txt to skin.inf.
So 'completely incompatibility' is wrong.

Minute Mascot works with CE2.0 and CE2.11 and H/PC3.0 and PocketPC.
Pocket Mascot is only reduced the target devices.
