I didn't stol your program. No way.
I'm serious in that.

My software:
- is totally and completely incompatibility with yours
- works only with Pocket PC device
- has different interfaces and concept
- has more and different functionality
- was written by my exclusively
as I'm classified programmer and to make the program like this is not
difficult for me.
It was just the matter of time.

Of course as you remember we changed emails about your software with my
offer to you
to co-operate and make a new better software. You answered: no. So I start
to write my own software.
I agree that idea is similar but this is only idea in the beginning.

By the way:
I tracked your previous emails (which you tried to send my as "anonymous")
where you used words like "...hell" and more.
I think you don't want that somebody will see that emails and tracks.
I don't plan to make any public page or information about that.

So I hope you will delete your page (as you listed below) soon.
You still can distribute your software.

I'm sorry for that misunderstanding situation.

However, As I notified, I don't allow anyone to use my program source

I require you the following,
(1) Return the shareware fee to all customers.
(2) Stop distibution of Pocket Mascot.
(3) Accept your piracy use and apologize to me and all customers on your
web site.

If you won't accept these request, I'll take appropriate actions.
  * I'll write to the sites you wrote about this software.
  * I'll report about your piracy use to shareware-agent companies
    (Handango, PocketGear, Smaller.com).
  * I'll report about your piracy use to your homepage provider
    (tripod).
